These Terms set out how you may use our website (referred to as us/we/our in these Terms) and any forums and services we offer through the website or otherwise provided by us and the purchase of products through the website. Please read these Terms carefully to make sure you understand them. By using our Service, you agree to accept and be legally bound by these Terms.

“Buyer” - means the person named on the order.
“Contract” - means the Order and Order Confirmation.
“Faulty” - means containing a fault or defect; imperfect or defective.
“Order/Item” - means your order for a Product from the Site.
“Price” - means the price together with postage and packing costs and any applicable taxes in force at the time of the Order (excluding any taxes and duties for which the Buyer is responsible under the ‘Pricing’ section of these Terms and Conditions), subject to any promotional offer or discount then applicable.
“Terms and Conditions” -means the standard terms and conditions of business set out in this document.

 

Who are Pretty Unique Gifts?

Pretty Unique Gifts is hosted by Wix.com and operated by Pretty Unique Gifts.

 

1. Orders: -

To place an order, you will need to follow the order procedure set out on the site.

 

Details of the price payable in respect to any Product and/or Service and the procedure of payment are displayed on our site.

 

All orders purchased through our website are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

 

We guarantee a full refund for goods that are unopened and in their original, saleable condition. There will be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us. To Return goods please refer to section 2.1 - Shipping and Returns procedure.

 

All orders that are sent will be exactly what you have ordered, we will not substitute any aspect of the buyer’s order unless we have communicated with the buyer regarding their contract.

 

1.1 Availability: -

All products are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for doing so. If any item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible, we will offer alternatives of available item(s) or proceed with the cancellation if we cannot fulfil your order.

 

No Order shall be deemed accepted by us until we have confirmed it unconditionally in the order confirmation. The order confirmation will contain details of your order, the Price, and an estimate of the delivery time for the order. It is your responsibility to contact us and notify us of any mistake with the order as soon as reasonably possible, failure to do so may result in the incorrect order being sent to you.


1.2 Delivery: -

We aim to deliver your order(s) with a quick turnaround time and aim to do so as inexpensively as possible. All orders processed through our website will be dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery service.

 

Any time or dates stated for delivery are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.


1.3 Pricing: -

The prices shown on our website will be what you pay. Pretty Unique Gifts is not a VAT registered company, therefore you will not pay VAT on your purchases.

 

When you pay for a product(s), you will see the total price of the product(s) and the cost of delivery in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).
 

We reserve the right to change our prices accordingly at any given time without apprisal.
 

1.4. Personal Information: -

By using our website, you agree to us holding your personal data, as supplied by you during your checkout and in regard to any product order and/or service for the purpose of us processing and completing your order, this is in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we retain this information on our system as part of the process. We do not use the information provided by the buyer for any other purpose, nor do we share it with any other 3rd party organization.

 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept and consent to our Privacy Policy.


2. Returns & Cancellation Procedure: -
 

2.1 Shipping & Returns Procedure: -

If you need to return, exchange, or report an issue with an item or order please email prettyuniquegiftsgb@gmail.com before you return an item - in certain situations you may not need to return it to us.

In the subject line of the email, please be sure to include 'Return Request', and in the main body of the email include the order number (which can be found on your order confirmation).

You will receive a response within two working days.

If you are required to return any items, once you have emailed for a returns request we will confirm the address. If you return any items, please retain the proof of postage. We recommend you use a tracked/ signed for service. If your item does not arrive with us, we cannot process your request.

Please note, if you return an item to us, this is done at your own cost. Please shop carefully.

Refunds and exchanges can be requested up to 30 days from receipt of the confirmed order of your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and original packaging. If they are not, we have the right to grant only a partial refund. Please keep hold of your order confirmation email/receipt.

 

The Goods we supply do not present a hazard to health and safety when used in the correct manner for which they are designed.

2.2 Cancellation: -

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you want to exercise your right of cancellation you may do so by contacting prettyuniquegiftsgb@gmail.com quoting your order number.

 

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received a valid notice of cancellation as set out above. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

Once we have received your product(s), we will email you to confirm their receipt and then inspect them.

 

Next, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your cancellation request. If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.

 

2.3 Faulty Product(s): -

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect product(s), please refer to section 2.1 of our return procedure. If a product develops a fault or the fault becomes apparent after 30 days of purchase, please contact us so that we may arrange for the rectification of the fault under the Manufacturer’s Guarantee or Warranty. We will not be liable for the costs of postage & packaging of returned defective goods. In the subject line of the email include 'Return Request' and in the main body of the email include the order number (which can be found on your order confirmation).

 

2.4 Exceptions to my right of cancellation: -
The right of cancellation does not apply to:

(i) The delivery of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

(ii) The supply of goods made to your specifications and/or any personalised goods.

 

(iii) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

3.Obligations/ Liability: -

The products/material on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. Our liability shall, in all cases, be limited to the total value of any order placed. Any reliance on the material on this website is at your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that you suffer because of the Service becoming temporarily or permanently unavailable.
